Pine Needle Basket w/Handwoven Napkin
These beautiful baskets are woven entirely from pine needles by indigenous artisans in the eastern part of the Mexican state of Michoacan-- near the Monarch butterfly sanctuaries. Very sturdy, these baskets will last for years and are perfect for serving bread, tortillas, fruit-- or for holding treasures. Not only do they look beautiful, they smell like the pine forest where they were made! Approximately 8-9 in. diameter.
