Ocumicho Clay Whistles- Set of 2

$ 16.00
These clay whistles were made by a Purepecha Indian artisan in Ocumicho, the village in Michoacan known for its devil figures and other clay folk art depicting scenes of daily life. These little whistles vary-- sometimes they are devils, birds or other animals. Or sometimes they're a combination. But they are always fanciful and great contemporary examples of traditional Mexican folk art, and the whistles sound great!
