Embroidered Pillow Cover
Beautiful pillow made in Rancho Santa Cruz, near Lake Patzcuaro. Artisans embroider scenes of women cooking, men fishing, and other scenes of daily life in a Purepecha village, as well as traditional village dances such as the Dance of the Viejitos, and festivals such as Dia de los Muertos. The pictures can be framed or are often made into clothing and decorative pillows like these.
The pillow is 100% cotton, measures approximately 18 inches by 13 inches, and is hand washable. It features a zipper and is sold unstuffed on our website for easier shipping. Cushion stuffing can easily be purchased by customers at local "hobby" stores.
