This is a beautiful small weaving called a "faja" from the Purepecha village of Cuanajo, near Patzcuaro, Michoacán. It was woven on a backstrap loom by master artesana Natividad Casimiro Romero, and features traditional designs that have been passed down from generation to generation. Made to wear on a hat, or for any other use you desire. Available in two styles.
